How it works?

TEX is the foundation platform that allows participants to find connect and share their experiences and expertise. Participants - both Mentors and Mentees, sign up and go through a quick on-boarding, build their profile, and are joined into the program(s). Next they can begin to find, connect, and share with the other Mentors and Mentees in the program to help them on their learning journey. Who can participate in this program?
  • Female members of approved STEM networks, associations or affinity groups based in Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, The Philippines and Japan can enrol in this program.
  • Send us an email to info@tex.inc if you are interested and would like for us to connect you with the local STEM network in your country
What commitment is required to participate?
  • Members are expected to make the most of the opportunities presented via this program. This will include, among others, engaging with experts within the program, having one-on-one sessions with mentors, and attending speaker series events.
  • We believe a couple of hours commitment every week would help the participants make the most of what the program has to offer.
Is the program open for women only?

Yes, the objective of the program is to remove barriers for women in STEM careers and enable their professional development within industries. Participant mentees will be women only - however for Mentors both women and men are welcome.

Are there any costs associated with this program?
  • We have donors supporting this program and as such there is no cost to members to participate.
  • We welcome other sponsors to this program who may wish to provide donations or in-kind support to support further expansion of the STEM ConnectHer program.
